Returns and Refund

We hope you love what you purchased, but if something isn't right, let us know. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Metrologika.

Some things to know about returning your online purchase:

If you receive an item you are dissatisfied with, you may return it within 30 days to any Metrologika store or ship it back with the prepaid return shipping label that is included with most shipments. We'll be happy to exchange your item(s) for something new or refund your money, within our current Returns and Refunds Policy guidelines.
Please report items that are damaged or missing within five days of delivery.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
